Delivery

All orders are fully trackable from pick-up to delivery at the final destination.

Orders placed after 4 PM (local time) will be processed the next working day. 

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Orders placed before 4 PM local time are delivered the next day, with our standard shipping (except for remote areas)

The same day delivery to Dubai city is available if the order is placed before 12 PM.

KSA, KUWAIT, QATAR, UK, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SERBIA

Delivery within 2-5 Business Days,  DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means you will not be charged any customs duties or taxes, as included in our premium delivery service offered throughout 2024.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days from date of arrival, that meet our guidelines (subject to our Terms & Conditions). Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached.

For orders paid with via certain payment methods (Cash on Delivery) we cannot process exchanges or returns. 

Please note it can take up to 21 days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

    This set is exactly what I wanted for my active girl! The fit is roomy enough for her to run around comfortably, and she looks so cute. The fabric of organic cotton and Himalayan nettle yarn really feels smooth on her skin. I didn’t know how it was made until I read it here. Good to know it doesn’t hurt nature!

    I got the set in a lovely shade of blue, and after several washes, the brightness is still intact. The material feels great. I came back to check for more color options, but the white one is sold out. It would be wonderful to have it in more colors to mix and match, especially with twins!

    Favourite organic set!

    This set has quickly become a favorite in our household. The generous fit is not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable for active play. My baby girl is three, but I can see she'll be wearing the set for a long time. It is roomy but not too oversized right now on her. As someone who cares deeply about making ethical purchases, I am always mindful of the fabrics and brands I choose. I was immediately drawn by the description of this product and pleased to see for myself that it is everything they say it is.
