Shipping policy

Local, GCC, and International deliveries are picked up from our UAE warehouse and facilitated by our shipping partners. 

All orders are fully trackable from pick-up to delivery at the final destination.

Orders placed after 4 PM (local time) will be processed the next working day. 

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Orders placed before 4 PM local time are delivered the next day, with our standard shipping (except for remote area)
The same day delivery to Dubai city is available if the order is placed before 12 PM.

Delivery Fee
Standard Delivery: AED 10 
Same-Day Delivery: AED 15 (for orders placed before 12 PM in Dubai City only)

KSA, KUWAIT, QATAR, UK, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SERBIA
Delivery within 3-5 Business Days,  DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means you will not be charged any customs duties or taxes, as included in our premium delivery service offered throughout 2024.
